Kelvin is originally from Kenly, North Carolina and is the former President of Boyette Aviation. Boyette Aviation was the full service FBO at the Mount Airy – Surry County Airport (KMWK) for many years, managing total airport operations, a flight school, a full service maintenance facility, and a successful airport brokerage business. As a second generation pilot, he has logged almost 1000 hours in various single engine aircraft ranging from ultralights to Cubs to the newer glass cockpit GA aircraft.
Kelvin is one of only 200 NBAA Certified Aviation Managers globally, a professional credential that recognizes the knowledge, skills, and professional experience that has proven itself as the “gold standard” of leadership in the worldwide aviation community. This level of achievement is a testament to the depth of knowledge Kelvin will be able to provide to his clients at IRG.
Kelvin’s industry experience as President of Boyette Aviation, combined with his executive leadership roles with two internationally acclaimed MRO operations, offers him the background, knowledge, and experience to better serve his clients at IRG
A graduate of Elon University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Political Science, he also completed his graduate work at Daniel Webster for his Masters in Business Administration and Aviation Management. Kelvin now resides in Jamestown, North Carolina with his wife and four children.
